Integrated Connection

Description

How do we truly bring our mindfulness practice into our daily lives and into our relationships? In this daylong we will explore practices to support an integrated internal connection of body, heart and mind. And we will use our internal explorations of connection as a platform to investigate and understand what happens for us when we connect with others. Can we stay integrated in our internal connection and open genuinely to connect with others? Let’s explore this together.

This program is being offered in coordination with both Delaware Valley Insight and Springboard Meditation Sangha.  The program is appropriate for both new and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
