Paul Martin's Qi Gong Class

Paul offers Qi Gong on Sunday mornings from 7 - 7:45am

Qi Gong practice is often used as a meditative movement for those who have a sitting practice. Paul uses a Taoist version of Qi Gong which integrates Five Element Medical Theory with the movements.  Gentle, easy to practice training is designed for those in attendance.  This can be adapted for those who need to sit or lie down.  Please contact Paul (friendsoftheway@gmail.com) to participate.
