Orientation Class

This monthly introductory session is designed to provide a solid foundation for those newer to meditation. The class will begin with a brief talk covering the practical elements of establishing a meditation practice, such as posture, breath awareness, and cultivating mindful attention.


Participants will then be guided through a series of meditations, ranging from brief 15-second exercises to longer 15-minute sessions. This progression allows beginners to gradually build their concentration and comfort with meditation.


The class will also allocate time for discussion, where attendees can share their experiences and receive guidance on incorporating Springboard Meditation Sangha's various offerings to best support their individual needs and goals.

 

The sessions will be guided by Lori Spadaro and/or Bob Chapra on the first Sunday of the month at 10am
