Love and Ethics

Join us for a Saturday morning workshop led by Brian Arnell (Springboard's senior teacher)

Much of the Buddha’s teachings explore the importance of an ethical life.  Without love, ethics loses a crucial dimension and becomes a soulless enumeration of rules and restrictions.

At the workshop, Brian will offer some teaching, some meditation instruction, meditation, and discussion to develop an understanding of the essence of a love-based ethical life.
