More about Springboard
Caroline Peterson and Michael Bergren created Springboard Studio in 2006 in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. They converted the little studio, formerly a ceramicists supply shop, into a meditation space and welcomed all in the community to come sit. This was the beginning of the Springboard Sangha.
The sangha quickly grew and in 2011, Springboard incorporated as a lay non-profit Buddhist organization (501c3) with Brian Arnell as the Senior Teacher.
Caroline and Michael sold the building in 2012 and moved to upstate New York. The sangha stayed in the studio and continued to thrive.
Due the Covid19 pandemic, Springboard relinquished its studio space in 2021 and is currently a virtual sangha.
